This Privacy Policy explains how Finally Business Media, LLC (“Finally Business”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website or apply for the Finally Business Scholarship.

- Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, social-media handle if supplied, referral information and answers submitted through the scholarship application.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including scholarship administration, recordkeeping, dispute handling and legal compliance. We then delete or anonymise it.

Some US residents may also have rights to know, delete or correct personal information and to opt out of certain sharing used for targeted advertising.
9. Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop marketing phone or WhatsApp messages, reply with your request. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect scholarship-related messages needed to administer your application.
10. Publicity for selected recipients
Where a selected recipient separately agrees, we may publish their first name and limited information about their scholarship outcome. We will not publish additional personal information without appropriate permission.
11. Children
The website and scholarship are intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top identifies the current version.
